The ground floor includes one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a compleate bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room with fire place and satellite TV.

a nice patio area with a fixed barbecue.
The property has a spacious and beautiful grassed garden, an ideal playing area for families with young children.

Colares.
Just a 10 minute drive from Sintra and close to local ameneities including bars, supermarkets, butchers, pharmacy and hairdresser. Within short distance are some of the finest seafood restaurants in the Lisbon area with many having outstanding views over the coast.

Coast/Beach.
The house is located at 1,5 km from the coast.
You can choose from three very popular beaches, Praia das Maçãs, Praia Grande and Praia da Adraga. They all have golden sand and tall dark stone clifs wich is very typical on the Portuguese western coast.
Praia da Adraga - wild and wonderful, Praia Grande - great surfing and body boarding, and Praia das Maças - body boarding and good for families, are some of the best. Lifeguards are on duty from mid June to mid September. If you like walking, there is a walk that takes you to all the beaches along the cliff tops, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
